That makes sense. While I can't see a Thri-Kreen musician rubbing his
hind legs together to make music, I can definately see their traditional
instruments being derived from such things, giving them the string type
instruments early and making them a traditional part of their music. Which
seems to imply that their traditional music styles might involve a lot of
repition (since insect "music" just repeats itself over and over).
