Not really; the Jammers tried to set up a business for a while, until
Paul & I put them sense into them (the merchant kit does not allow for
all that big of gains as compared to adventuring!!:)
I do remember that a different merchant kit was posted a while back,
but I don't remember who posted it or what it all covered. I do
remember it was very good, giving some depth to the kit and offering
some variety. Anyone remember what I'm talking about?
Anyways, I would suggest setting up either in Bral (because it's
detailed and you don't have to pay for defenses). You WILL face
problems with setting up a new business, though. Resources are tight,
so merchants will be pretty cut-throat in their business dealings.
You'll probably face all kinds of competition if you try to set up as
merchants defend their turf from your poachings. If you can get
attached to an established merchant, life will be easier (the Jammers
hooked up with Lady Morne).
