Non-Dwarves (otherwise known generally as idiots)
Not only dwarves make their home in Agraspace. The halflings of Graedor make
the finest tobacco this side of Elminster's source (whatever it may be), and
also make incredibly varied and tasteful vintage wines. The neogi have
entrentched themselves in several asteroids, and some illtihid and drow
forces are also present.

(Madame) Slevott (T8, NG, Halfling): A middle aged halfling woman, Madame
Slevott runs a well-known brothel on Aradea, the Headsman's. She is a kind
lady, and protects her girls well, hiring mercenaries in particularly
profitable times just incase things get too rowdy.

The Bashar (NE, Fourgre Champion): Serving whichever current King dominates
the fourgres, The Bashar is one of the more intelligent of the
magically-altered ogres, and wields a longsword in his two upper arms, and
holds medium shields (rather like bucklers to him) in his lower two. He
steps back during any uprising of state, but fiercly protects the fourgre
way when it is threatened.

(Queen) Fellora Fellay (Sor12, CN, Hippy Elf): The current lady in rule of
the small Hippy nation, Queen Fellora is an accomplished sorceress, and
lives upon the stolen armada Tel'Quess with many of her countrymen and
women. They have several man-o-war's, and like their own armada, these are
brightly coloured, similar to their own wings. As she is the current
monarch, the wings of all the man-o-wars and the armada resemble her own as
to colourng and shape (as far as pruning allows). She wields a staff of the
magi taken with the armada. The only truth behind this that is not readily
known is that the IEN gave both the staff, the armada, and the starfly
plants for growing the man-o-war's freely some five hundred years ago. As
the hippies live only twice as long as a human, being magically altered to
have these butterfly wings, it is passed from memory because they did not
write it down for fear of discovery.

(High-Lord-Over-Master) Neg (Wi11, NE, Neogi): Preferring the magic of
alteration, but not specialised, Neg is the current "Dominant" of the Neogi
Coalition. Coming close to the time he would become a great old master,
however, he is slowly building a force of his strange, magically mutated
Umber Hulks known as the Ugoth. Having made a deal with the Black Dwarf
emporer, Savant Grell, he has been mutating these umber hulks as well as he
can given his basic knowledge. He has achieved several types of Ugoth,
including the Undead presented in a dragon magazine article I cannot
remember the name of. These will be detailed seperately, excluding unique
ones.

(LordServant) MegNeg (Umberhulk Unique, +4 HD over base): One of the few
Umber Hulks Neg has not altered, MegNeg is simply a brute among his kind,
bigger, stronger, and faster (-3 to initiative) than his cousins.

Nerrin ShadowCurse (Wi18, ArchLich): Drifting in his dragonfly, the Focus,
Nerrin long ago became an Arch-Lich through accident during one of his
spells. Like so many other unfortunates of his kind, he was attempting to
find the formulae for eternal life, but is now condemned to eternal UNlife.
His helm was destroyed in a meteor shower over a hundred years ago, but he
still retains the mana crystal of a helmsman. Should he be approached he
will either fight to the death, or plead for aid in escape, perhaps a tow to
the closest port? He has many magical items in his ship, including a Staff
of Power, and a ring of protection +6. If it comes to battle, of course, he
will be wearing this and more than willing to use them.

Bipip Perrolar (Il7/T4, LG, Gnome): The liason from the several gnome
colonies upon Gortha, Aradea, and Graedor, Bipip is a kind, befuddled, and
old gnome, who constantly plays with his magic like a child playing cats
cradle with string. He has nothing to do with the few gnomes further out in
the sphere, however.

Pi (Fal): An old friend of 169 (from Herdspace), Pi is a large fal, and
dispenses his knowledge to people at a price - imported chocolate. The
dwarves within the sphere hate the stuff, and the halflings and gnomes
prefer taffies and such for their sweets, but Pi absolutely loves chocolate.
He is quite knowledgeable, and knows much of the secret information above.
There is a 25% chance he knows of something, regardless of the type of
question.

Merlif (NE Merlif Warleader, 12HD): Chief of a small group of Merlif
raiders, whom entered the sphere after raiding in Krynnspace for a time,
Merlif (as warleaders have earned the name Merlif) is looking for a good
killing spree. Powering their viking longship with a pair of captured elven
maiden/helmswomen and a xichil helmsman, he is slowly making his way through
the sphere, encountering and slaughtering whomever he can. It has been a
particularly good time for the savages, and they have three times the normal
ammount of treasure.

Reevor Gunlok (F11, NE, Human Pirate): One of the few humans of some note
within the sphere, Reevor owns a well-maintained and deadly octopus, geared
up with four extra heavy ballistae, and one extra medium catapult. There is
a bounty upon he and his ship, including cargo, for 60,000gp, while his is a
mere 10,000gp (small for such a grand pirate). He prefers a pair of pistols,
but does switch to his cutlass in dire need. It is rumoured these pistols
were used by Blackjammer himself, and are possibly magical, but the truth is
not known. In any case, he is very good at what he does, but does not kill
unneccesarily, like many pirates do.

Venarian ShadowHawk (T13, CG, Half-Elf): A gentle, but somewhat heroic half
elf, Venarian was once almost a ranger, but soon found he could serve his
good-heart better in the cities of Gortha. In a very cliched maneouver, he
often steals from the rich and gives to the poor, but also attempts to keep
the streets clean - preventing violence, and unnecesary despicable acts
where he can. Most of his guildsmen agree with him, but several, including
his second in command, are secretly plotting to kill him and take over the
ripe area.

Master Hont (Cl12, CE, Human): The spheres representative of the Chainmen,
Hont runs a tight shift, from his base in the Mithore asteroid belt. His
branch has several hammerships, and a nautiloid, which he purchased with his
own funds as per chainmen rules (at least, in Enerithan), after the loss of
his chainmen supplied previous ship, the Nihilist. He seks revenge upon the
crew, whom now consists only of Amber and Blaine from the original group,
and has sent out assassins to deal with them. Shortly, he hopes, their
trading will bring them into Agraspace, where he can get at them. What nice
slaves they would make.

Acidfang (Very Old Black Dragon): Coincedentally, the mother of Master
Hont's deceased Black Dragon hatchling slave also lives in Agraspace. This
is unknown to Hont, as the hatchling was given to him no questions asked,
also as per standard chainmen rule (in Enerithan), and the two have not
encountered each other yet (space is big after all). She lives within
Sparklebelt, constantly raiding mining operations, and attacking stray
ships.

Giggleburn Wheezebag (T8, NG, Kender): A wandering storyteller, Giggleburn
is a favourite amongst tavern owners, especially in the mining colonies. Not
only can he entertain children, but he knows some of the bawdiest space
shanties that are legal.

Thrall the Bard (Bd3, NG, Half-Elf): Another wandering entertainer, Thrall
has been kicked out of most mining colonies this side of Ragespace. His
wild, exaggerated tales are soon seen through, and he has allready been
attacked once by drow in Krynnspace for spreading false tales (no tales
about drow are better than false tales).

Viira (Pr15, CE, Drow): High Priestess of House Mylyl, whom have a base in
the Mithore belt, Viira is one of the few females in Vhaeraun's faith.
Dominated mainly by males not because of it's ideals, but because more often
than not it is males whom resent the other faiths and join House Mylyl, she
finds it hard not to order them around like she used to in Ragespace in the
Arabani Citadel, where she posed as a priestess of Lloth. Now, she commands
a deadly small fleet of drow, and has at her disposal one of the most
incredible drow assassin's in space - Gehy'Zharr. As he is currently out of
the sphere, he is not listed here, but he is a lv 18 thief.

(Ferryman) Bord (Lv0, LG, Human): A passenger transport captain, Bord is a
simple man, but loves space a great deal, and hates pirates and evil-dooers.
He sometimes employs shipless mercenaries as guards on his ship, an octopus,
and when he has important dwarven dignitaries hires ships to protect him.

Wheeler (Wi8, NG, Human): A young human, bound to a wheelchair due to a
spinal injury to deep to be healed, from a crash during a pirate attack. He
is a relatively good source of information, spending nearly all his time in
the Gortha national library. He keeps out of the political intrigue,
however, mainly concerned in hostorics, and magic.

Saltwound (Sahaughin): Shogun of the Sahaughin in The Depths, Saltwound is a
pretty ordinary Sahaughin as far as they go. Due to his warring almost
constantly with the Locantah, however, his people are becoming tired of him,
and may depose, or simply kill him.

L'iss (F10/Psi16, LE, Ulithiard): Wielder of a deadly psionic artifact that
allows him to secretly control the Elder Brain, L'iss is a cunning, and
vicious enemy to all who oppose the Illithids. Of course, as this is
something like 99% of the population of the sphere, the control of the Elder
Brain does him little good outside his own colony, except for in the few
raids he makes upon "cattle".
