>Please let me know if my ideas are great or sucky or whatever just SAY SOMETHING!!! Sorry, I just have much better focus when I'm getting feedback. An email every other day would keep me pumping this stuff out like a major artery (eww). > After having myself worked out a system for 3e ship combat which seemed workable, if a bit detailed and wargame-y, I have turned full circle in opinion and gone back to the 2e ship combat rules, with 1 minute rounds and 500 yard hexes, and all that (and only one PC or NPC action per minute). At the end of the day, I figure that the whole ship combat thing is meant to support the SJ D&D game, not be a game unto itself. So I'm sticking with something simple to help me describe the action for my games, and get on with playing.... Cheers Andrew Tiffany
