I do readily agree that seperating the two makes sense
from a logical point of view.  They really are likely to work
differently.  But, I want to make it viable for characters to
run small ships with minimal NPC crewmembers, and
making astrogation two different skills causes problems.
Let's face it, the skill or skills for astrogation are about as
exciting as golf in slow motion. Whomever takes the/it
sorta get stuck with a pointsink.  That's why I am going to
go the route of one skill.
