Notice when you watch National Geographic, they say that the insect kingdom is the most successful due to prolific birthrates? Bugs are everywhere and you can't totally get rid of them... Then why do most of the sentinent life forms in Wildspace have backbones? Even on the outer and inner planes, most forms of life appear to be bipeds, and if not bipedal, they are almost always some version, higher or lower in evolution, of some warm blooded animal. One possible explanation- ethnocentrism also exists in our imagination. So, are there any entries about nations or colonies or hives of all arthropodal creatures? Or exclusive unions of thri-kreen, rastapedes, ant- men, aranea, and xixchil not simply put together for a alternative "xenomorph exterminator" adventure thread? -o
