I rate the show as pretty average (mainly due to the way too limited
cast; the captain should be loading up on crew by now to replace his old
one. For example, he should have brought on some of those kids from
that space station and taken aboard reps from the planets allying with
him).

Don't know if there's really much to steal for SJ (more ideas for a
scifi game, but don't know if I'd actually run an andromeda game).
Guess you could use the nietz's 'big cannon' as inspiration for an
adventure (say orc pirates with a REALLY big Great Bombard on an
asteroid, which is moved by their magic (or an old artifact)). Don't
know if I'd really use the nietzs; they're really nothing more than
humans with spikes on their arms (now that I think about it, I've seen
like humans in Dark Sun artwork...hmmmmmmm....wonder if the director is
a DS fan...;p)
