Lycanthropes in space

If the lyncanthrope was biten on a planet that he is bound by the lunar
cycle of the planet he was bitten in space then. he is pretty much at the
mercy of whatever full earth type celestial body he comes across if he is a
planet of at least size B. in other words werewolf on the moon would be
turned by a full earth.

some additional triggers (thats right additional) could be anger, violence,
sight of blood.
