If two of the three are waxing or full, he becomes the beast. There's no point tormenting the poor creature. Spending every day lamenting what he may have done in the night would drive him mad... I mean, ouch. Horror/madness check, anyone? So, the maddening powers of the full moon can be held in check by the restorative powers of the waning moon... Sound good to anyone?
