I haven't heard of any, but there is a server that can accomodate you (and
anyone else for that matter)

The server address is:

chat.psionics.net:6667

It has nickserv and chanserv so you can register your nicknames and channels
and some nice IRCops who are willing to help you out. They also have
dicebots if you need them. There website is at: http://www.psionics.net/
which you can connect to the IRC server via java from there.

To get there from pIRCh or mIRC, just type this in:

/server chat.psionics.net

and you will be connected
