Well, I've just been looking through the rules, and I haven't been able
to find anything to that effect. I think the confusion may arise from
the fact that the SR chart for major and minor helms only goes up to
20th level, so the highest number you see is 10, although in the text it
just tells you that a major helm converts every 2 levels of magic use to
1 SR point. If anyone can find anything that says there *is* a limit on
SR, I'd be interested to know (although I've never had any ships moving
faster than SR5 in my campaign, I'd still like to know...)
