Assuming you're talking 4th age Krynn as 5th age Krynn is unavailable to
Spell jammers, not that its been sealed, just that magic doesn't' exist, so
it can't power helms.

In the 4th Age, the time most of the novel were written, the Gods stopped
it. Access to Krynnspace shouldn't be to hard, but I seem to recall one of
the boxed sets stating that the gods were less than friendly with anyone
trying to land on Krynn itself, and that they monitored traffic very
carefully.

Course I might be misreading again.
