Subject: Re: Psi Helms?
Sounds like a great system....her'es my question....most importantly...why
the upper limit of 10 SR.?????

if I'm a 20th LVL mage....and I'm on a Major helm...I've got an SR of
10....but when I'm a 30th LVL...if I remember correctly...I've got an SR of
15....right.????

unless I'm out of my mind....also....is that upper limit INCLUDING spells.??
i.e. if I raise the SR witha spell am I still stuck at 10.??

I should be able to go over 10....also...if I CAN go over but I'm limited to
10....then can I use the extra SR to power an accelerator.??
