I'm all for including re-written Vodoni, but I would prefer that they
not be given control of the 'ruined' or 'frontier' sphere. Personally I
think that sphere would be a more interesting campaign setting if nobody
controlled it. I would prefer to see a Vodoni-controlled worldlet in one
of the other two spheres (potentially at war with other factions, or
under extremely strained but peaceful relations, or maybe 'reformed'
Vodoni who actually get along well with others).

I won't neccessarily agree that nobody on the list is terribly good at
making up gods, but I agree that it's probably better to use the
existing gods from Bral, perhaps supplemented by the Greyhawk gods, and
any Forgotten Realms gods who we think are appropriate.
