What? So what if they did see no need! That's what roleplayers are for, to
write in things that nobody thought were needed before!
Here is my suggestion for a crit table. The bastard takes crits like
everybody else, on a natural roll of 20, but the hits are not very serious
for such a huge ship.
1  Loss of 25 Hull points
2  Deck crew casualty
3  Deck Crew casualty
4  Tower Hit
5  Large weapon damaged
6  Deck Crew Casualty
7  Loss of 15 hull points
8  Tower Hit
9  Loss of 10 Hull points
10-11 Fire
12 Tower Collapses
13 Deck Crew casualty
14 Large weapon damaged
15 Weapon causes ten times normal damage
16.Tower crew Casualty
17. Ship cringes in pain, all spell being cast in the round are disrupted,
heavy weapon fire is at -1 to thac0, bow, crossbow and arkebuse fire is at -
4, tail stinger -1 for the next time they shoot.
18. Loss of 25 hullpoints
19 Loss of 10 hullpoints
20. Tail Stinger hit - Can't shoot the next round.

access to oficial TSR material, except from a badly scanned Spacefarer's
manual.
