Well, this is RPGA and not WotC. And I hope to get this project off
the ground (hehehe, David has mentioned a couple of times that we're
well ahead of the curb:)

How great of distance? I think a good 50 days to/from Frontier is good
and maybe 40 days between Imperial & Bral (note: names are only
placeholders until we get better names & concrete concepts:)

I don't know if we need to hammer down homeworlds for the freaky races
in one sphere, but an idea might be to have colonies to those freaky
races located there. Thus they're fairly 'new' to the area but give
such races a fair-sized population base and 'home ports'.

Nothing wrong with loading Frontier up with lots of ancient ruins from
past wars. Nothing wrong with adding in alien cultures and empires:)
