Re: 3E?

Yah. Its been discussed much. I think the time frame for discussing 3e
itself is over (was OK now not) but you can still discuss SJ
specific stuff.

Basically there are some people on the list who like 3e (I'm one). There
are some people who prefer other editions. The consensus
has been that the list should focus on working to develop story ideas
and concepts and avoid re-hashing the same differences of
opinions.

As part of the push to get a Living Sphere (run through RPGA) set up
there will be a general push to get SJ stuff converted. Adam
Miller (who's coordinating the Living Sphere project) is going to have
an email out fairly soon with a project outline, which will
include the 3e conversion.

Some people have already made some pretty good strides on getting a
working conversion going with the new rules. (though this page
also includes some serious changes to 3e its ship to ship combat stuff is worth looking at).

I'm planning on compiling the race conversion conversation we had a few weeks ago. I'll post it when its done.

Please feel free to post anything you've done (SJ related naturally).
People sharing their house rules/things they've already worked
on will really save a lot of time.
