The real problem is (ask anyone on the Greytalk list) that GH is now generic. 
It's not a real world, it just sucks in everything that's a lame idea of any
sort.  One of the problems FR has faced over time (FR has other problems,
don't get me wrong) and GH had faced at various points in its past (especially
the Rose Estes novel line).  TSR has never really figured out that generic
should truly be generic and world-specific shoudl truly be world-specific. 
The old I and N module lines are still some of the best ever produced, but
they'd never fit in GH or FR as written (for the most part).
