Bashing systems should be avoided, period. On the other hand, one does not
have to play 3e to develop their opinion of whether or not it's a superior or
inferior (or even usable) system. There's more than enough out there for
those that don't wish to waste their money simply on a trial to make their own
decision (and as an aside to some people on this list, I don't have to play,
like, or care about 3e to review an article that is written using that
system). Personally, I've seen more about 3e than I wish to (as Paul pointed
out, WotC has hyped it until you often can't get to the "meat" of an article
through all the 3e stuff). I have no problem with anyone playing whatever
they want, and even posting useful things in 3e format (and I understand some
"useful things" will be 3e, 2e, or 1e specific). As I have always done, I
will try to salavage what I can from any interesting article or adventure.
Just please avoid trying to beat people over the head with the "3e-ness" (or
even "2e-ness" or whatever) of it. WotC's doen more than enough of that
themselves.

Do you really think I'd admit to stealing that much money in my email sig?
Uhh, don't answer that.

The crazier the people are around me the saner I am. That's why I work in
an asylum. No, not the rubber room again! No, but, but, my email...
