Yeah, the number of entries in the space base contest was pretty low,
but IMO the entries were, in general, of higher quality than the entries
in the other contests that have been held, simply because the level of
detail was, by necessity, much greater. Also, I personally found the
resulting entries more useful as a DM than those from most other
contests. It has been done though, so how about a different contest,
like maybe a gnomish invention contest, or for the truly ambitious, a
mini-adventure contest.
