about that Sword Breaker plan

Uhm... by the way i am sending here something to think about for any other
one that thinks that the main PSI cannon of the ship is too powerfull, i
would like them to remember that it needs two checks (the check for
psionics and the To-hit roll) and the THAC0 of the cannon ranges from 24 to
15, but in order to get to 15 you need to have a 20th level psionic captain
at the helm... excuse me if this is too much.

For those who think that the ship is still quite too powerfull, well that's
why i said that it is a very rare ship and no-one knows who is that made
them, i mean, if something has passed millennia (i think at least a
millennium is needed in order for a knowledge like this to be completely
lost) then it has got to be at least well above average, right? I mean i
was not describing a ship that is to be encountered in Fleets ("hey captain
we have a fleet of Sword Breakers on our tails!" "Great void! Are you sure
we are still alive?") and surely it's a great ship for NPCs that
occasionally help out the PCs jammed jammer ^_-
