There will likely come a time when I run a 3e-centric contest
(as long as I keep running them), but that won't happen for a
while.  Those that have chosen to switch over to the new system
are still getting the hang of it.  I'd rather let people have some time
to learn the new system first.  That is why I am sorta hedging
away from NPCs, and towards magic items.

BTW, I just now updated the Ship Construction System to the
format I am moving everything over to.  If anyone has any comments
on this design, feel free. It is designed to be consistent, less
cluttered, easier to follow, and easier to read.  There are only three
text colors used (white for body, green for headers, and yellow
for subheaders or other highlight). Much better than my previous
random use of colors.  : )
