The Last Contest Entries and Changes to TBLIV

Spacefarers,

When I first started up Tarkas Brain Lab IV I didn't have tons of
content.  My basic design worked, for the most part, since
there wasn't so much stuff.  But, over the years I have added
all sorts of stuff, especially when I added the Arcane Space Division,
and went hog wild on SJ stuff.

Now, the overall scheme and interface is, well, crappy.  To many
colors, and non-consistent formatting.  What is funny/sad is that
I am a professional typographic designer!  Goes to show how
different designing for the printed page and for the web really are.

I have been making plans for the last few months on how to make
changes to my site, and I have now started to make those
changes.  For the time being all I have done is change the
background, and added a few more  graphical elements.  Nothing
major, for the most part, and the main page is still based on using
text over graphics.

As time goes on I will be making additional changes.  Consolidating
stuff into groups for ease of navigation is one of my primary
goals.  The ASD main page screams for repair, for example, with
almost everything all thrown together.

So, if you are meandering about TBLIV and find an error, and are
so inclined, feel free let me know.

Hopefully here soon I will be putting up the last batch of the
ship design contest.

Also, I may run another contest here in a month or two.  Not
sure what it will be, though I am leaning towards either NPCs
or magic items.  Suggestions (or shows of interest) are always
helpful.  As with the other contest, there would be a real prize.
