Hmmm...  I should have put a smiley after that "I wonder how it will
change" statement.

As I understand the new MotP, they will provide several examples of planar
structures and then give guidelines for creating your own.  The current
AD&D planar structure will be assumed to be the default structure, in the
same way that Greyhawk will be assumed to be the default campaign setting
(that is, nothing will force you to use it if you don't want to).

I rather like Planescape, myself.  No, I misstate myself.  I'm a rabid
Planescape fanatic, with Spelljammer being my second all-time favorite
setting.  I like both so much that, one of these days, I'm going to start
writing up what the Harmonium is doing in spelljammer (they *are*
originally from the Prime, after all).
