No, it says it in the LoSJBS IIRC.  The WCC only has brief bits on the
ships, not their full write-ups.

If coming from a canon standpoint I'd say it doesn't fit at all.  If
coming from an IYC standpoint I think there are problems with how
you've described/dealt with the helms issue.  other than that it seems
to be a pretty decent piece, the same type/scope of stuff that Paul
(your editor) does.
