I found it once when I was living in Seattle in 1995 at a store called
Half-Price Books in the University District.  Unfortunately for me, I did
not have a computer yet.  I have not found it since and have been looking
for it myself.

If anyone finds a second copy, please let me know.  I would like to get a
hold of it also.
