Ship entries?

I'm looking for the original source of the following ships:

Whaleship
Cuttlefish Command Ship
Octopus Ship

Can anyone tell me the book these first appeared in, or if possible send
me the entries through private email? I have the deck plans from WotC's
site, but it doesn't mention tonnage or other game stats.
