Speaking of contests when will the next one be announced/begin?

Also, what role will the council play in the contests now that they've
been formed?

WotC is about to destroy lots of stuff include a bunch of SJ stuff
(including some of the really good stuff).  Is there any chance of
getting them to set aside some for contest prizes?
