In theory, I agree Leroy, but the problem I see is until we get the council
up and running, we won't have a system for keeping track of all the great
ideas that have been flying, nor a way to seperate chaff from the wheat and
get everything organized:)

That said, I think the basic outline you and others have presented makes
sense. Unless someone objects, can't we go ahead and assume it? I think the
big thing is that we all understand going in that the council will put the
constitution/charter (outlining duties and procedures) up for a vote before
the list.
