Hmmmm...I think that will entirely depend on how complex conversions
will be. If they are fairly simple, then all we need is a couple of
gurus to keep everything 'canon.' If, as some fear, conversions will be
a total and complete pain in the butt, then learning the rules might be
the only option. This is a question that really cannot be answered
until August (or Febuary if the 3e Rumors April 1st "rumors" are to be
believed...:P

A question that will probably be the council's first task to answer.
The council could probably argue about it for a while, reach a
concensus, then put it up to the list for a general vote. Input from
Wizards would really be nice in this phase, but I doubt we'd get it.
The real problem would come if Wizards finally, after years of debating,
make up their minds and completely throw out what we consider "canon"
and go with something totally new.
