Just to point out (I'm sure everyone assumes this anyway):  only those
willing to accept should be voted on, though anyone can be nominated.

Of course one question is:  will being willing to learn 3e be a
requirement or do we really only need one 3e guru to make sure it's all
rules-straight and simply require the rest to be SJ gurus?

Another is:  what references wil we require the council to have (ie,
what existing SJ references are "core canon")?
