Nothing personal against anyone, but I feel that most people that respond
and/or contribute to this list (and some that are just lurkers) will
probably want to be on that canon-deciding list and nominate themselves,
creating a long list of candidates to choose from.  I believe that
nominations should be for members of the list other than the nominator.
Also, seconding the nomination(s) by someone that is not the nominator or
the proposed candidate would also be a good step.

Following the proposed steps above, I second Paul Westermeyer's nomination.
