I think it would be an interesting proposition to think about how "Spelljammer"
would work if RL physics were in play, but otherwise magic existed.

For example: How would the Rock of Bral be different?  In what ways would
ships change?  What about exploration and trade?

Now its pretty obvious to say "eclosed designs for ships", but that's
not exactly what I'm asking here.  What I am proposing is a sort of new
Spelljammer challenge that radically redefines the system.

So, what do you guys think?  I'll be working on some things myself, and
as I get them, I'll send them along.  I just want to see what the rest
of you think of.
