good point (this is the stuff i wanna hear), id say take it from the main
class, and if that makes the quarter class over one third the level of the
main class, restrict those abilities gained from higher levels (ie
effectively lower it).  do not take xp from the quarterclass, but give the
abilities back as the main class re-progressess up.
