I think freeservers.com has unlimited space and lets you copy your
current site easily.  Unfortunately they have an agreement that says
they own everything they host.  But since your stuff is defended WoTC
that may not be a true problem.  I may be thinking of the wrong site so
I suggest checking it out yourself.  A few other free web pages:
