    I think the best idea would be creating a shared setting.  The Living
Greyhawk setting is gearing up and we could do something similar, even if it
is not official.  We would have to agree on a general outline of who the
major powers are, their relationship to each other, and location within the
Phlo.  In other words, have people jointly develop a bunch of spheres,
worlds, nations, ports, etc. for games to take place within.  Then we would
need to develop the adventures that take place in these locales.  All of the
details could be shared with an email 'zine and GMs could post the details
of what is happening in their campaigns in certain areas.  The entire setup
would be loose, basically providing a suggested area for people to game in.
They don't have to stick to the details of the shared setting or the posted
events occuring in other games.
    In summary, providing the types of products online that TSR failed to
provide for SJ, in an organized and ongoing fashion.
