>>>It is:) But it would be a lot of work:) I look at the RPGA site, and >>>most club benefits seem to revolve around tournaments. This would not be >>>very helpful to us:) I didn't see anything about newsletters, I'm going >>>to email RPGA and see what they have to say about all this.<<< Yes it would be alot of work, but I'm willing to help plug away at it if there's interest in trying to get a Living Setting going. Even with my busy schedule tryin' to get that elusive History degree :o) Let us know if you find out something about the newletter end of things. >>>I really think we should try not to alienate SJ fans at all:) We just >>>can't afford to splinter, given our numbers. That's why everything >>>should be optional. If TSR were to do a 2nd edition, I would say a revamp >>>would be a good idea, but for now <shrug> I'd rather try to get some new >>>material out there, and keep our presence known. What do the rest of you >>>think?<<< I don't want to alienate anyone either :o) I like all the variant campaigns that people have. That's one of the pleasures I get from this list. I like to see how others see things. But if there is interest in a Living Setting we can't have all the variants, but we can have the variant stuff in the newsletter as a regular piece so those that may not want to do the Living thing can still contribute and have their ideas seen and heard. But then again if the interest isn't there I'm all for a free form newsletter or what-have-you, as long as we can still make a little noise about SJ, official or not.
