He's pulling your leg. Oghma does not know everything in existance.
If he did, that would put him far above greater god status, more along
the lines overgod of everything. It would be true omnipitance, not the
illusionary omnipitance dnd deities have. He's not even a greater god
anymore (in PS, that is). The ref. he was probably referring to was
doing what people in the sales business call "puffing" (think that's the
right term) in order to make the deity seem more powerful than he really
is. Oghma, as a Celtic god, may have knowledge about SJ in general and
undoubted has books in his library about it, but even he must act as a
sage and research stuff to get the needed information.
