Illithid PCs

Hi there,

about one and a half years ago - on the 30th of May 1998 to be
precise - Richard Gant wanted to integrate Mind Flayers as Player
Characters into his campaign.
Unfortunately I seem to have deleted the posts on this subject except
for his original post. However, during the debate, the "rules" got
more and more defined and now I wonder if anyone has kept the latest
version of that discussion.

Since I wanted to allow my players to become Illithids as well in my
Astromundi Campaign, these notes would be very helpful.
