IF you can find it, Krynnspace has all the detail you need. In a
nutshell, there's not much to write about Zivlyn. It is a gas giant
with a breathable atmosphere, but there is a distinct lack of any major
rocks. There's a few boulders (some the size of small continents) that
drift in the air, with a few shipwrecked survivors, but not much else.
The outer atmosphere is artic, but the inner area is tropical. It used
to be a whole world, but was destroyed in some terrible catclysm.
Griffon and giant eagle eggs are the major resource of this world. It
has 12 moons, all in the same orbit around the world. The moons are
fairly heavily populated and have their own cultures.
Shinare is now a moon of Zivlyn. Why they did that is lost on me.
They added two more worlds to Krynnspace (a small swamp world of treants
& a neogi base; and a cluster world home to dracons, hadozee, and
spacesea giants). They didn't exactly follow the Dragonlance cosmology
very closely.
