from the rest of the multiverse; only through portals can someone in the
Flow access other planes, and only by going through it to the wildspace
beyond.

	It's outside of the standard multiverse.  It's exists outside of most
planar maps because sages can't figure it out:)  It's one of those
planes that exists outside of standard laws of planar physics.  You
can't access any plane except crystal spheres from it unless you first
use a wish spell.
