	Not to be picky, but I doubt conscription is nearly as common in SJ as
it was in Europe.  The crew requirements of most Spelljammers are very
small compared to naval vessels and keeping a priest aboard cuts down on
disease and death considerably.  Most ships conducted such high
conscription because so much of the crew was expected to die by the time
they reached port and they needed to ensure they had enough crew to make
it.  In SJ, the crews are *much* smaller (a few dozen compared to 1-300
sailors) and survival rates are much higher.
