I have a question...and please dont anyone laugh...:)

I own the magic spells compendium and I cannot find any enchantments
that would help produce a Helm.....where is this stuff?....How do high
level mages and preists create and enchant a helm into
existance?.....and please dont answer with "Arcane" only make
helms....:)

I heard that from someone and it doesn't sound that the arcane are the
exclusive beings whom create these things...too many races have their
own........

Ok...now - are ya laughing?......:)

Please help me out here....please tell me if their are certain materials
needed before any spell processes?

and NO!...I am not looking for something to create a pool type or
life-type- helm.....just a standard minor and major helm.....thanx ppl.
