Yes, the above statements are included in Yahoo's Terms of Service.
However, Leroy failed to include this statement printer BEFORE the above
statements.

"Yahoo does not own Content you submit, unless we specifically tell you
otherwise before you submit it. You license the Content to Yahoo as set
forth below for the purpose of displaying and distributing such Content on
our network of properties and for the promotion and marketing of our
services."

Therefore, they do not and will not own any content displayed on the
websites.  So, I don't think we have anything to worry about regarding theft
of information.  If you wish to see for yourselves, go to
http://docs.yahoo.com/info/terms/ and read it.
