Xoom's TOS has a very important qualifier that isn't on Yahoo's: "[...]
for the purposes of displaying such information on
XOOM.com's sites and for the promotion and marketing of XOOM.com's
services."

That means, basically, that Xoom can only use your stuff on their own
site. It's still nasty, but not *as* nasty.

www.crosswinds.net, OTOH, has nothing of the sort in their TOS.
