Hehe, gotta say it (in childish voice): "I TOLD you sooo!!!" :) Really, I don't think this is an overly huge problem. The real danger is for someone who makes it *BIG* and said sites freely distrubute his/her early material freely. Honestly, I highly doubt they honestly care about little SJ sites like ours such that they're going to steal our stuff right out from under us. They're more interested in stuff like pics of future Brad Pitts, stories by budding Steven Kings, etc. They want stuff that will get them thousands/millions of hits. Nor are they going to claim TSR's logo; they cannot, UNDER ANY REASON, claim ANYTHING already claimed by another company; I'd love to see them try. They'd lose so badly in court it'd be funny. They may be able to *use* the TSR netlogos like the rest of us, but they cannot claim them. That would be theft, period. BTW, the way I'm reading this is that they are not claiming actual ownership of the material in question; they're claiming the right to copy and display the material in question royalty-free. So long as none of us are going to try to start a business or sell our stuff to TSR, I don't really see the problem. <*shrug*> -- Night Druid
