As long as a force is present in any substantial quantity in a sphere,
it should be possible for a priest of a force to get spells. As for
philosophies, it depends on whether the philosophy has a similar
"worship"-situation there. If the inhabitants of a sphere don't worship
the philosophy of Divinity of Man, there isn't enough faith energy to
draw energy from.
