Okay I have a question.  Maybe someone can help me.

But first an editorial.  I liked Vorr.  He was a professional, a
no-nonsense leader.  After reading Vorr, I used the Scro sabatour class
on lots of charaters.

ahh good fun.

Anyway, there a elven admiral in one of the books, who spoke of the
place he was born, a place were the Islands floated on the oceans.  A
place sacked during the first War.  Where he now goes to pay tribute to
the dead.

What was the place called?  Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
