    While essentially true, it is also true for just about anything
in the game.  It doesn't really help some people's problems, such
as those DM's that aren't satisfied with their current solutions, and
want to find out how others do things.
    In other words, if this was the final settling phrase for everything,
thrown out at the start of every debate, this list would probably be
dead and gone.
