It gets even harder to explain when there is no primary at all, just empty
space at the center of the sphere.  That is why I came up with
electromagictism.  It is analogous to real world phenomena yet has a
necessary mystical quality that enables magic to function and strange and
wonderful things to exist throughout the spheres.
